6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Sale & Discounted Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

8. Exchanges

9. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return.
  • If the gift was sent to the buyer, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

10. Shipping for Returns.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If approved for a refund, original shipping costs will be deducted.
  • For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
